Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and 888cuci ("Platform"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the 888cuci platform, including the website, mobile app, services, and content we provide.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the 888cuci website, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

Account Registration & Verification

Each individual is only permitted to register one account only at 888cuci. Owning more than one account by the same individual, whether using the same name, address, phone number, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and 888cuci reserves the right to terminate your account without prior notice.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, 888cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including national ID, passport, bank statement, or other relevant documents. Fund withdrawals may be held until the verification process is fully completed.

• Your profile information must match the name on your registered bank account
• An active and valid phone number is required for two-step verification
• A valid email address is required for notifications and account recovery
• Any changes to account information must be reported to customer support

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

888cuci accepts deposits via multiple verified payment methods, including FPX bank transfers, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost, as well as direct bank transfers through major Malaysian banks. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

Wagering Requirement: Bonuses received are subject to wagering requirements specified for each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.

• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts

Member Conduct & Ethics

888cuci expects all members to conduct themselves respectfully and ethically while using our platform, especially in Live Casino games involving interaction with real dealers and fellow members. Rude, threatening, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Any attempt to defraud, manipulate the system, or use the platform for illegal activities including money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account involved will be immediately closed with all balances forfeited.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints or disputes relating to the 888cuci platform, the first step is to contact our customer support team via Live Chat. We are committed to resolving all disputes within three to seven business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through standard customer support channels, the matter will be referred to the senior management team for further review. All decisions made by the management team following a thorough investigation are final and binding.

Disputes relating to financial transactions will be investigated based on accurate system transaction records. Our system logs are considered valid and conclusive evidence in all game and financial disputes.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
